OUO Rehearsals
To add this to your Google Calendar click the "+ Google Calendar" button near the bottom right of the calendar.
To add to other calendar programs (iCAL format) click here.
See below about how to sync this Calendar with your mobile phone. Note: unless you use Google Calendar rehearsal changes will not automatically sync with your calendar.
How to sync with your phone
Do you have a smart phone, e.g. Blackberry, iPhone, Nokia S60, Windows Mobile or Android phone? If so, then you can easily set up your phone such that the OUO Rehearsal Schedule calendar is automatically synced, keeping you up to date.
Just follow these three steps:
- If you haven't already done so, register for a GMail account at www.gmail.com. You don't need to use their email facility if you already organise your email elsewhere.
- Click the "+ Google Calendar" button near the bottom right of the above calendar. You can from then on see the calendar whenever you visit www.google.com/calendar.
- Go to www.google.com/mobile/sync and follow the instructions there.
Then you're done!
NOTE: If you have an iPhone and the times are appearing incorrectly on your calendar items, go to Settings -> Calendars -> Time Zone.
